Black Jack 1-gallon White 100% Silicone Roof Coating is designed for exterior use only and provides superior waterproofing protection. This rubberized coating forms a chemical bond to the roof surface, offering exceptional adhesion and long-term waterproofing. It withstands ponding water and performs well where other coatings might fail. The coating dries to a bright white finish, which helps keep roof surfaces cooler and offers excellent UV resistance. Its high solids formula is quick-setting, low-odor, and can be applied across a wide range of temperatures. For optimal results, use a quality 3/4" nap paint roller and apply 2 coats at a coverage rate of 100 sq ft per gallon per coat. If applying a single coat, use 1 coat at 50 sq ft per gallon, with finished coverage being 250 sq ft of roof surface.
