Special Orders -

At Garner Building Supply, Special Orders are common and a part of what we do every day to see that our customers get what they are searching for. Special orders are as simple as they sound. They are SPECIAL and they are ORDERS. They are special because you wanted something out of the normal realm of product and they are orders because you approved and placed them as such. Once they are ordered they are not able to be cancelled or changed, and once they arrive, they are yours and no return or refund is given. Lead times are ESTIMATED as many factors can alter these dates. We will communicate to the best of our abilities as to the timeline we are given by our suppliers and we look forward to earning your business.
