Gardner 3.6 qt White Roof Coating is a tough, flexible acrylic coating designed to resist cracking and peeling while extending the life of your roofing substrate. It expands and contracts with the roof's movement to prevent damage and provides a protective barrier that reflects the sun's heat and destructive UV rays, helping to cool surfaces and reduce roof temperatures. The product should not be allowed to freeze, and the surface must be clean and dry before application. Suitable for use on concrete roofs, it covers 50-75 sq ft per gallon. Always apply 2 coats for optimal results. Cleanup is easy with soap and water, and the coating fully cures within 24-48 hours
