Description

Grow amazing houseplants with Miracle-Gro® indoor potting mix. Blended for a wide variety of container plants, this potting mix is designed to be less prone to gnats. This mix feeds indoor plants for up to 6 months and the easy-to-water formula includes coconut coir holds and releases water and helps the soil re-wet. Apply this potting soil to indoor potted plants, including common houseplants, tropical, climbing plants, foliage plants and flowering plants. To use, select a pot with a drain hole and fill about 1/3 full with potting mix. Loosen the plant's root ball and place it in the pot. Add more mix and press lightly. Water the plant, let it drain. Mix should be allowed to dry to the touch between waterings. To avoid soil compaction and replenish nutrients, container plants should be repotted every year. One 6 qt bag of Miracle-Gro® indoor potting mix fills four 6 in containers. Contains no compost or bark, which are known to shelter fungus gnats.
