Scotts® turf Builder™ grass seed high-traffic mix is designed for full sun and light shade and has low drought-resistance with high-durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For top results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 and 70 deg F or air temperatures are between 60 and 80 deg F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 in tall.
